Wonderful calcium! I started taking it regularly six months ago on my doctor’s advice, primarily for my rheumatoid arthritis. I have tried various calcium forms, but this is the only one without side effects. It's well absorbed, evident as my nails have stopped separating—something I struggled with for ten years. It has also eased my stomach issues, and I’m sleeping better after enduring insomnia for over 25 years. I believe magnesium contributes to this improvement. Now, my husband and son have ordered as well. I’ve read extensively about calcium and concur with doctors that it should be taken daily, making it a staple in my purchases.
